Product Harness Sizing:

• Extra Small height is below 3'11" and chest is less than 35"
• Small height is between 3'11" and 5'10" and chest (or hips) up to 35"
• Medium height up to 6'6" and chest (or hips) up to 43"
• Large height over 6'6" and / or chest (or hips) over 43"

Shoe Harness Sizing:

• The smaller size is suitable for both ladies and children
• The larger size is for men
